The Hinterland Pendant

The Hinterland Pendant draws its geometric strength from the dramatic mountain ridges inland from the coast. A minimalist, hollow A-frame of solid precious metal rises to an apex, creating a window of negative space on the chest.

Grounded firmly at the base of this peak are three matched Round Sapphires, set horizontally in a perfect row. Stoney hand-selects these trios from the same alluvial wash parcel, ensuring they share the exact face-up tonewhether a vivid Open Blue or a deep Forest Green.

The balance of The Hinterland lies in its tension: the sharp, unyielding architectural lines of the high-polish triangular frame contrasted against the organic, brilliant scatter of light from the three gemstones cradled at its foundation.
